If Craig looks like Ryan, it’s because they’re twins. It’s that level of brotherhood that helps describe Craig and the way he drives K2 Commercial Group's business development activity. Strong bonds, like those among family and friends is how Craig approaches business; reciprocal commitment and loyalty.

Craig holds a Missouri Real Estate License, is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial Division and the St. Louis Chapter of CORENET and has received his Masters Degree in Corporate Real Estate.

Craig also brings deep industry experience with stops as a VP at Grubb & Ellis Gundaker Commercial, a Fortune 500 Transaction Manager at CB Richard Ellis, and as a Transaction Manager with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

RYAN KISER

If Ryan looks like Craig… See above. The same level of brotherhood that drives Craig can be found in Ryan’s approach to K2’s property acquisitions and overseeing all of the development activities. Ryan approaches his work with a rare passion, and a Midwest sensibility rooted in honesty and hard work.

Ryan holds a Missouri Real Estate License, is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial Division and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Ryan also has extensive industry experience with stops as a Development Manager for Gundaker Commercial Group, Inc., The Director of Real Estate for a large, national, fast-casual restaurant company, developing an eight state territory and as a Transaction Manager with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

STEVE ZANG

Simply, Steve leads by example. He’s a calculated thinker and is that “true” strategic partner that can deftly bring all the pieces together. He’s responsible for all of the financial aspects of K2 Commercial Group and is our property and construction manager. His kind heart and commitment to family sets him apart among his peers.

Steve is a former owner of a multi-store Quiznos franchise in St. Louis Metro area. He’s a former Vice President and Controller of City Center Retail Trust, a private REIT in Chicago, IL, and a former senior manager for Regency Realty, a public REIT based in Jacksonville, FL. He also spent time as the Controller at Midland Development Group, and at Rubin Brown as a CPA.

He’s a graduate of the prestigious St. Louis University and currently holds a Missouri broker's license.
