Craig Kiser drives K2 Commercial Group's business development activity. Prior to forming K2 Commercial Group, Craig served as a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis|Gundaker Commercial, the Brokerage Division of Gundaker Commercial Group (GCG), specializing in tenant and landlord representation, retail development and investment opportunities. With more than nine years of commercial real estate experience, and having supplied real estate services to corporate clients on a national scale, Craig has extensive knowledge of transaction management and commercial property marketing which allows him to offer superior service to his clients. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Gundaker Commercial, Craig spent three years with CB Richard Ellis' Corporate Services Division. During his tenure with CB Richard Ellis, Craig was assigned to Boeing Realty as a Transaction Manager. He worked closely with Boeing business units to provide tactical and strategic consultation. He successfully managed commercial real estate requirements on behalf of Boeing Realty by managing the entire life cycle of the transaction. Craig has also served as a Transaction Manager with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. He completed numerous real estate transactions for corporate clients such as H&R Block and Edward Jones Investments. Craig initiated, negotiated, and completed new leases or lease renewals in a timely manner to meet the client's real estate objectives. Craig is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics. He holds a Missouri Real Estate License, is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial Division and the St. Louis Chapter of CORENET. Craig has received his Master of Corporate Real Estate designation through CORENET GLOBAL. |

Ryan Kiser is responsible for the assemblage of sophisticated property acquisitions and to oversee and manage all development activities for the group through the entire development cycle. Prior to forming K2 Commercial Group, Ryan Kiser was the Development Manager for Gundaker Commercial Group, Inc. specializing in site selection, acquisition and development of retail locations. With more than nine years of commercial real estate experience, which have been dedicated to site development for retail projects on a national level, Ryan has gained a unique breadth of experience developing free-standing, retail locations at busy signalized intersections. At GCG, Ryan worked with Vice President of Development to develop national auto parts, pharmacy and dollar stores in more than seven states and Puerto Rico. Ryan was a Director of Real Estate for a large, national, fast-casual restaurant company, developing an eight state territory. During this time, Ryan secured locations in targeted trade areas by preparing, reviewing and negotiating proposals and contracts on prospective sites in accordance to real estate policies and local market rates. Ryan began his career with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker where he completed more than 450 transactions for H&R Block and Edward Jones Investments, representing more than $45 million in rent obligations and more than $150 million in tenant improvements. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate. He holds a Missouri Real Estate License, is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial Division and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). |

Steve Zang is responsible for the financial aspects of the company including property and construction management and provides leadership and coordination of all company financial activities. Prior to forming K2 Commercial Group, Steve partnered with Craig and Ryan to develop an 18,000 square foot strip center in St. Robert, MO. Steve has extensive experience in franchise operations having owned and operated 5 Quiznos Sub restaurants in the St. Louis metro area for over 10 years, managing daily operations and financial aspects of the company. Steve served as VP Controller of City Center Retail Trust, a private REIT in Chicago, Illinois specializing in the development, redevelopment and acquisition of urban real estate; including retail, office and mixed-use properties. Steve was responsible for centralizing financial reporting and accounting functions, budgeting, financial analysis and cash management. Prior to City Center Retail Trust, Steve served as a senior manager in the due diligence department for Regency Realty, a public REIT based in Jacksonville, Florida, responsible for market analysis, physical inspections, analyzing lease-up assumptions, as well as lease review and analysis. Prior to joining Regency Realty, Steve served six years as the Controller at Midland Development Group, responsible for accounting and financial operations. Prior to that, Steve worked at RubinBrown for five years as a certified public accountant. He received his BS degree in Accounting and BA degree in Math/Computer Science from St. Louis University and currently holds a Missouri broker's license. |
